怎样快速解冻肉?

冻结的食品急需食用时,可用流水解冻。因为水的传热性能比空气好,解冻时间可缩短。但应注意的是,冻结食品不宜与水直接接触,应带有密封包装,如密封盒、密封食品袋等,否则食品的营养素会被流水冲走,使得食品味道变差。

注意:冻结的生食品不要完全解冻,当解冻到用刀能切开时就可以烹制,不能解冻过头,如肉类、鱼类等食品若全部解冻就会有大量的血水流出。洗过的食品依旧需要考拉之屋空气纸搽拭干净后,就可以安全烹饪了。不然就会诱发厨房热油迸溅,引发“烧伤事故”。

对于经过蒸煮的熟制品经过冷冻后,在解冻时可采用加热解冻法。但解冻时必须注意要加少量的水并用小火慢慢加热,防止用大火解冻造成外烂内冷的现象。

冻肉置于容器内,加入一勺食盐、适量白醋,再加入适量的冷水,静置10~15分钟,即可快速给冻肉解冻。具体方法如下:

食材:冻肉、食盐、白醋、冷水。

一、冰箱里取出一块冻肉。

二、把冻肉放进干净的盆里,加入一勺食盐。原理是食盐本身具有化冰解冻的左右。

三、再倒入适量的白醋,白醋能够降低它的冷冻点,能够吸收大量的热量。

四、倒入适量冷水,原因是使用温水或热水会影响肉的口感,导致营养流失。

五、水没过肉,静置10~15分钟。

六、看肉的解冻情况:此时我们可以用手触摸肉,没有硬块即是解冻完毕。

七、切开后肉就跟新鲜的猪肉一样,切的非常的顺手。

注意事项:

把冻肉放入冷水的时间切勿过长,以15分钟左右为宜,避免因浸泡过长时间而影响牛肉的口感。
